Racing Career
My first introduction to the National Racing Circuit was the New Zealand RX-7 Champs at Teretonga in Invercargill 2001, where I qualified sixth out of 28. In the first race I finished a successful fourth and sixth in the second race and then in the third race a rather large encounter with a tyre wall finished my weekend and my hopes were dashed.
I had a successful drive in the Yellow Pages 500 after four hours behind the wheel finishing on the podium in second behind Paul Radish.
Back in the RX7 and on to win the South Island Championship.
/2005: Was my first year in the GT3 Porsche and finishing 5th overall the GT3 Cup Series.
/2006: Competing and sponsoring, of the Paul Kelly Motor Company New Zealand Motorsport Summer Series.
/2007: Completed New Zealand Porsche cup car GT3 Championship, and Germany Nurburgring endurance 24 hour race.
/2008: Fourth overall Dubai 24 hour endurance driving Porsche 997 GT3-RSR. Sixth overall and second in class Sepang Malaysia, 24hour endurance Porsche 997 GTS-RSR.
